Ringball game was introduced in our country by the Ringball Federation of India. The game started in India 4th July 2011 . In October 2011 some Ringball lovers from Delhi, Haryana, U.P, M.P, Uttrakhand & Rajasthan met at Panipat (Haryana) and agreed to form Ringball federation to promote the Ringball game throughout the country. The Ringball Leaders also agreed that the Federation should become a member of Asian Ringball Federation and International Ringball Federation. The leading persons at that time was Mr. Pardeep Giri ( Panipat ).General Secretary Of Asian Ringball Federation & Then Sh. Ramesh Chander was Selected As General Secretary.
On 09 December 2011 in (chitradurga) Karnataka a 1st coaching camp was organized to understand the game correctly & at the same time a meeting was organized to find the suitable person for the post of President and General Secretary of R.F.I where Sh. Rajbir Giri elected as General Secretary & a person from Karnataka elected as President but he is not able to give the proper response after the meeting and not able to attend the meeting so according to R.F.I constitution we changed him with Sh. Mukesh Kumar from Sonepat, Haryana as President.
As all we know in India is a big country with huge population it’s a tough job to do any of the new work and faces lots of problems comes because it not easy to trust anyone & give a huge responsibility. The Ringball federation of India is the only federation in India which is affiliated from the International Ringball Federation (South Africa) and all other societies which are registered on the name of Ringball before or after this registered federation or having this style of game those are completely unauthorised or illegal. The Ringball federation of India is the only controlling body and registered under society act 1860 with the name Federation of Ringball Sports. A copy is already send to IRF.
Ist National Ringball Championship was organized by Haryana State Ringball Association, in Gannour (Sonepat) Haryana from 13th April to 16th April 2012 at the ground of Janta public school. In which 11 states participated where total 17 teams present in which out of 17, 11 boys & 6 girls.
The Federation is determined to promote Ringball game throughout the country.
R.F.I.’s most urgent task is to make Ringball Tremendously popular in India. The Federation will do its level best to achieve the goal
